As i can see your dilemma , i want you to know that see just as not every govt. College is good in a same manner not every private college is bad. People do create misconceptions in order to confuse others but some private colleges even provide better opportunities than govt. ones but again case isn't same for all private colleges.

See , first of all it will depend upon your marks as if your marks are good and you can get a govt. College then do so.

If you have comparatively less marks , then you can surely try for private colleges.

good private colleges will actually give you a great exposure but there would be a severely high fee.

So if you can afford that much of fee then surely you can go for private medical college
