Yes you can wear sleeveless kurti in NEET.And just wear something comfortable. See to it that you wear a sleeveless top with no buttons, brooch, or any other extra stuff otherwise the guards will cut them off. Wear pants with no pocket and extra buttons. Wear slippers or sandals but avoid shoes. Make a pony tail, a bun would be perfect. Apart from that, don't wear any kind of accessories. Remove your ear-rings, rings, bracelets and even your religious band/thread. Don't carry any extra stuff. Avoid bindis too.
