The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test ( NEET) question papers are same despite different languages of the questions.
The NEET question paper in other different regional language is a mere translation of questions provided in English language in NEET paper.

Dear Aspirant,

The question paper of NEET is available in 11 different languages. The languages are English, Assamese, Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu. You have to decide your preferred medium for NEET while filling the application form online.

The questions in the NEET exam will be same according to your paper code only the  medium in which language you are giving paper is going to change.

Neet is conducted in Eleven languages. Now if you choose Bengali as your medium of examination which is only available in exam centres of West Bengal, you'll also get English simultaneously. All those candidates who will be opting for regional language, will be provided with Bilingual booklet. Therefore, you'll have two different mediums - one is Bengali and another is English. Questions will not be different just the medium or the langugae will be changed. You'll have two languages as your option then.
