There are not many jobs available for biotechnology in PSUs. Very few psu that offer jobs to biotechnology post graduates are: Indian Vaccine Corporation Ltd (IVCOL), Bharat Immunological & Biological Corporation, Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) & Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC). These also do not offer core biotech jobs.

Yes there are 3 PSUs available for biotechnology

1. The Bharat Immunology and Biological Corporeation
2. The Indian Vaccine Corporation (IVCOL)
3. The Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council(BIRAC)

The Bhabha Atomic Research Center(BARC) also recruits candidates on the basis of Gate Score

But BARC have their own set of eligibility ,that you must fulfill
