Please note that there are only 23 IITs in India with a total seat capacity of 11,289 seats. So all this seats would be filled by the JOSAA counseling with the help of JEE Advanced ranking and score.

So not all students who qualified in JEE Advanced would be able to get a seat in IIT. It would depend on your rank and category in JEE Advanced.

Rest of the students can apply for admission into NITs IIITs and GFTIs through JEE Mains score. Also their are many other top Institutes like IIIT Hyderabad,etc which also take admission through JEE Advanced.
