The disadvantage of private medical college are

Firstly  the fees is very high.

Secondly clinical exposure is not good as compared to government colleges.

Third the population in government colleges is good in compare to private college .

Placement wise government colleges is better than private medical college .

If you are studying MBBS, the last thing that should be on your worry list is a job opportunity, This is not like a typical Engineering or other profession that you have to be worried about placements or job opportunities. No matter where you complete your MBBS from, you will be a Doctor and then you are legally eligible to set up your own practise or work in a hospital. It does not matter where you studied from once you complete your MBBS. So apart from the huge fees involved there is no disadvantage.
