Yes, there are exams for Journalism and Media.

1. Delhi School of Journalism, Delhi has an entrance - Aptitude Test for MA, Journalism.

2. Indraprastha College for Women, Delhi has an  entrance - Aptitude Test for BA (Hons.) Multi Media and Mass Communication (BMMMC). 

3. Indraprastha University, Delhi has an entrance - Common Entrance Test (CET) for Bachelor in Journalism and Mass Communication (BJMC).

4. Symbiosis Centre for Media and Communication, Pune has an entrance - Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET - General) for BA Mass Communication.

5. St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai has an entrance - Entrance Test (ET) for Bachelor of Mass Media (BMM).
