I hope you are doing good. I am sorry to tell you that you cannot apply for bank jobs because for applying you have to give entrances of PO,CLERK , SPECIALIST officers examinations which are conducted by IBPS . You cannot given these entrances unless and untill you become a bachelor degree holder with minimum percentage of 60 percent.  For your reference I am sharing the syllabus

I would advise you to first complete your Graduation(3 years), and hence prepare for Examinations like SBI PO, RBI Grade B or IBPS PO, for better career prospects with Government Banks.

However, you may have few vacancies after 12th in Government or mostly Private Banks like Clerk, Office Assistant, Peon, Security or Computer Operator , but they are rare and dont give good remuneration and neither are stable jobs.
