In Delhi University there is no entrance exam but you have to cross the cutoff. In universities like Jamia Millia Islamia, there is an entrance exam and it is quite easy with a little effort you can get in and the department if English is very good with reputed teachers. if you are based in Delhi just have a visit to the university and near the central library, at Photo State shop you can get previous year entrance paper too.
