Yes, you obviously can do BCA from Pg college mandsaur if you met with the eligible criteria for taking admission in your desired course in this college.
Before going with your course first you should know about it .
So BCA (Bachelor in Computer Application) is basically a 3 year undergraduate course where not any physics, chemistry ,mathematic required as it is required in Btech/BE course.
Any student who did his/her course from any of the  stream like science, commerce, art etc can go with this course. But for Art students and commerce students even also for science students it may be little bit difficult at the begining level if they didn't know even a single word about programming and they didn't learn any of the programming language in their class 11th or 12th .
But it can be easy for you if you move with a grit as we can say " failure can never defeat you, if your determination to succeed is strong enough".
