Hey!

there is a big difference in both masters program . ME in computer science is completely about computer science. throughout the program you will study about only computer science. but ME or MSc in computer and electrical engineering is both non consecutive subject for you and it also involves as much electrical engineering as that of computer science. so you need basic knowledge of electrical engineering to study this, but if you think you can manage then you can take it. but keep in mind that it is gonna be a bog challenge for you.

good luck
