As CBSE recently changed their examination pattern. They announced that classes 10 and 12 will have Term 1 and Term 2 examinations. So in class 12 the term 1 exam will be MCQ pattern. so do we have to practice derivations??since the paper is MCQ any derivation will come in the exam??

I would suggest you to at least go through the derivation and the concept behind the derivation since their is a possibility of indirect questions related to the derivation coming in the paper. Also do remember the results of each derivation. But overall chances of such questions are less.
