As you are from Andhra Pradesh so you are are having Andhra Pradesh Domicile. So you cannot apply through Karnataka state counselling. To apply for Karnataka  state counselling you should have Karnataka Domicile. Even if you are interested in taking admission in medical/engineering colleges of Karnataka then you can apply through All India counselling.

To get domicile certificate of Karnataka you must qualify the certain eligibility criteria:

1.Candidates must have passed from the school of Karnataka for seven years.

2.Candidates must have passed 10th and 12th from Karnataka or their parents must have studied in Karnataka for seven years.

3,The mother tongue of the candidate must be Kannada, Tulu or Kodava.
