8 passport size photographs
10th marks sheet
12th marks sheet
Valid Id proof
NEET 2020 admit card
NEET 2020 Rank card
Provisional Allottment Letter
Category Certificate if applicable
Domicile Certificate if applicable
PWD Certificate if applicable
