It is not necessary to have computer science as a subject in your 12th standard to get yourself admitted into in bachelor's degree in CSE.And in most of the  engineering colleges,the programming languages C,C++ are included in the first and second semester's curriculum irrespective of the discipline of engineering.And almost all the colleges will offer b.tech in CSE irrespective of your group in 12th std.So you can very well get an admission in b.tech CSE.
