This cannot be said that if neet 2019 was easy hence neet 2020 will be a level up from this.
Although people also say that the level of the examination goes alternative i.e. if this year it will be easy then it will be harder next year. But this is not so much noticed pattern and there's nothing like that.
It all depends on your hard work and that how much you are clear with your concepts.
