Hi, 

483 is a nice score and you may get some college with this but you whether you will get a government college or not, can't be said with much authority right now as we don't know what will the final cut off. Wait for the results. They have said that by 5 june they will declare the result. But still for a safer thought I will say that any score above  550 is considered safe for a GOVERNMENT college. 

Don't lose heart. Wait for the results and check your state ranking and then reach to a conclusion.
