This is all myth that you can't give IAS exam without coaching, because there are many aspirants who gave exams without coaching. All you need to do is stick on your study timetable and also read 6 to 12 Ncert books and solve previous year exams paper. And the most important thing is that you have to fulfill eligibility criteria.
