As per the guidelines of the Government of India,a complete lockdown needs to be followed and any breach would amount to threat to national security. So,by taking that into account,any congregation is prohibited. Corona Virus or Covid-19 spreads through human contact so one needs to take every precaution advised by the WHO. So,no Madarsa or School or any community centre is supposed to be closed.
