Hey there, It is seen from last year trend in NEET that you can get  clinical fields like ophthalmology, general surgery, general medicine, OG, pediatrics,orthopedics in NEET PG with your rank and depends on the domicile you belong to and the category reservation you have,but you wont be able to get top fields like radiodiagnosis but you can pretty much get all other good fields.
