            Congratulations for your good results. At your rank you can get lower branches like ME, CIVIL, METALLURGY etc. I think you know it, as you told except NIT'S for CSE.
Yes, at this rank you can't get NIT'S for CSE. But other than NIT'S, you can get good IIIT'S for CSE. As you know IIIT'S are for mainly CSE & their curriculum & academics is also research based. So, you will get exposure of CSE.

At your rank you can get IIIT BHOPAL, KALYANI, bhagalpur, nagpur, ranchi, dharwad, manipur, una, vadodara, kottayam, Kurnool. Also Assam university, silchar (gfit).

So among these I would suggest you to go for IIIT VADODARA, KOTTAYAM first. Then the others. These two are best among them. So, best of luck for your counselling.
