You may be able to get seats in colleges like Government Medical College Ambedkar Nagar, Badaun, or Azamgarh in the later rounds of counselling.

For All India Quota (AIQ) 15 percent seats, the cutoff for OBC tends to be higher, around 510 to 540 marks, so getting a seat through AIQ with 500 marks may be difficult, but you might have a chance in the later rounds.

So overall, while AIQ may be tough, you do have a realistic chance through the UP state quota, especially if you have a good rank within the OBC category.
