Well with this rank getting a deemed University is difficult for the good ones. Good Universities have high cut offs like Kasturba medical college in Manipal University and similar ones. But the low ones have less cut off and hence admission becomes a bit easy.

Just attend the counseling till the mop up round as mop up round is there for deemed University quota and then find out more
