Hello,

You can't pursue MSc as it for Bsc students. You can't change your degree as per your choice. You have to do masters on the degree in which you have graduated.

You can go for aboard if you want to study another stream. There you will be eligibile after you are done with your research and other requirements like exams in GRE or TOFEL. There is procedure to be followed to study aboard.

You can go for MCom after your graduation else you have to look for streams which accepts any graduation degree for further studies.
