According to NTA guidelines and rules for exams, questions that you have answered and simultaneously marked for review, only thoese will get submitted automatically even if you haven't clicked submitted. But the questions that you haven't answered but have only marked for review those won't be considered.

Answering to your question, As now a days most of the exams are conducted through online many platforms will be having a feature of auto saving. since you havent clicked yes, it would be very useful if you just contact the persons incharge at you are location and get solved by them.
