At tnea verification, Native and income certificates are compulsory or not?

Hey aspirant,

You should furnish the Nativity certificate one and only if you are born in tamilnadu but studied HSC in other states.

Income certicate should be furnished in case of first graduade fee concession & post matric scholarships.

Madam,I have completed my hsc in Tamil Nadu...my native is also Tamil Nadu ...
I m not a first graduate...
So native and income certificates are not compulsory...am I right?

I have doubt for verification of income certificate my father's income certificate is enough or not some say that I should submit my income certificate but don't earn
