Dear Amresh, AIIMS MBBS will start the final registration process from February 21st. While the time hasn't been mentioned, you can start the final registration process from 10.00am IST. With too many students trying to login and complete the registration process, you might face server issues but you shpuld be able to be on track with the registration process from 12 noon.
