HELLO RANJIT
THE quick answer is 2

Reason
Alpha particle involves the ejection of alpha particle from nucleus> since the alpha particle is a helium nucleus which involves the loss of 2 protons and 2 neutrons.
now as a result if atom losses an alpha particle then it losses it mass by 4(2 protons,2 neutrons) and losses its atomic no by (2 protons)
the identity of element also changes!!

HOPE IT HELPS
