As you have mentioned you passed out in 2018 but then gave improvement exam in 2019 then you need to decide on the basis of your score that which year marksheet are you going to use. The marksheet which you will use further is the year you need to mention as your passing year. But in case your previous score was better then you have to mention 2019 as your gap year.
