An hons. degree is preferred more but you must see the popularity and future of a particular course.

See, Bachelor of commerce is a good degree but it will limit you to accounting niche only. Whereas if you select BBA degree focused in airport management then you will be able to explore other domains such as retail, ground security airport etc. This will ultimately help you get better job opportunities.

See, growth rate depends upon the interest of an individual but course feasibility is must. So, in my views i would suggest you to go with BBA in Airport management.
