Hii Reena!
As you have already completed B.Com (tax) you are eligible for LLB (3 year program) as graduation in any stream with at least 45% (40% for reserved categories) is the minimum requirement. You need not go for the integrated 5 year law courses, 3 year L.L.B is the right path.
You need to appear for entrance exams like CLAT pg, NLSAT, DU LLB entrance, MH-CET law or other other universities level test. Some private universities may offer admission through graduation merit also.
L.L.B. course will run for 3 years and will cover subjects like constitutional law, criminal law, contract law, labour law along with the compulsory practice session/ internships.
After completing your LLB you will have to register with Bar council of India and clear the AIBE ( all India bar council examination)to get license in order to practise as a advocate.
Hope it helps:)
