I have searched for some universities but I found

LPU - Lovely Professional University,   Jalandar

Is the only college offering B.com and MBA integrated course .You can otherwise do  distance learning courses in reputed college .

About LPU  :

Eligibility criteria : Pass with 60 % aggregate in 10+2 or equivalent and subject to qualify LPUNEST and interview.

Course span : 4 years

Fee : per semester -- rs 68,000/-

You have an option of scholarship of upto 50% for 95% and above in 12th. i.e per semester -rs 34,000/-
