It varies with each exam like in GPAT for every question 4 marks are awarded and for every incorrect answer 1 mark will be deduced..In TS/AP EAMCET each correct answer will be awarded with 1 mark and there is no negative mark for incorrect answer.So you have to know the exam pattern before preparing for any exam.
