The duration of bachelor's degree in technology takes 4 years of time while 2 years for a Master's degree.  However if you opt for a dual integrated course in engineering it would take 5 years of time.

Many of the reputated colleges offer such dual degrees and you just need to fulfill all the eligibility criterias after clearing their respective entrance test.
