Both the courses, that is, b.tech in biotechnology and b.pharm are good courses with good career opportunities. However, b.tech in biotechnology has a little heavy side in terms of preference. Biotech is a vast field compared to b.pharm. After biotech, you can go for jobs such as in large scale industries related to food technology, biomedicals, biomedical engineering, nutrition, microbiology, bioinformatics, and also forensics.
However, after b.pharm you can get jobs in medicine industries, drug industries, laboratories research, startups etc.,

The choice is yours. If you are interested in medicine field in particular, go for b.pharm, else, go for b.tech in biotechnology.

It depends on your interest. Out of b. Pharma and btech biotechnology b. Pharma is related to pharmacy and thus you need to be good at chemistry more specifically organic chemistry though you'll have to be good at physical chemistry too as lots of calculation of compounds needs to be done. Jobs are good and relaxing scope is good and thus you can choose this course and you can go for further studies too.

Btech. Biotechnology yes it's a very good course most of the big Iits are offering this course and it has a very good scope as medical science is developing it needs latest equipments and tools to operate. From surgery to check-up everywhere Bio-Tech engineers comes into picture. You can for any company r and d or if you wish can go for jobs at various sectors including teaching.
