If you are asking just for the course then I think you should be more specific to the college or university also because B.A. Hons English is considered to be the highest cutoff getting subject in all the colleges of India since it is a language course and today people score really high in English so according to me the cutoff can vary with respect to the college therefore the first cutoff in all over india might vary from 85% to 99%.
