both are nice languages to study . But ,in my views , you should go with french languag as it had wide scope to offer and is widely used . Both languages will help you in future for sure .

Talking about Bachelors in German , Germany as a country is progressive and has a major Automobile industry in germany. Big market players like BMW,AUDI,Volkswagen and many more have operating headquaters in germany so i guess you should go with german.
