Both BAMS and BHMS are equally good however I will list out some differences which would be easier for you to choose

BAMS

After the completion of your UG the starting salary to be expected from 20000 to 50000 per month but as you complete your post graduation and practicing ayurvedic medicine you can expect much more salary .
