Hello aspirant,

You have not mentioned your Category. If you belong to the general category you have not much chances of getting a seat in government college for BAMS. If you belong to a category like SC/ ST then you do have chances. For a general candidate the score is too low. You can try for private colleges. Hopefully you can get a seat there.
