Yes,you can apply for diploma courses irrespective of the fact you have studied maths or not in 10th class.As the maths of diploma course is somewhat difficult so if you have not studied maths it will be difficult for you to understand in diploma but if you have done maths  then it won't be that difficult.Since you know basic maths you have to go for tuition classes for maths if you pursued diploma in future but don't worry you will be able to do it
