Question is not clear your daughter is studying in Karnataka or in Telangana.

If she has7 years education in Karnataka with 10th class or 12th class certificate then she is eligible for all exams conducted by Karnataka as a local student. 

As you mentioned,you are from Telangana .now you are willing to  join your daughter in a good school, Telangana.

So now just  join her in a good school located in Telangana. there is no problem  after 12th also they are asking for 10th class certificate along with before 4 or 5 years study certificate for any UG counselling conducted by the state of Telangana.
