The choice of course, depends on where your interests lie, which is a much more crucial factor than Job prospects. If your Interests and your UG Course synchronize, youll definitely do well ending up with a Job.

BCA: Pursue BCA, if you were good with Computers and have interest in a career in Software, IT and Services Sector in Future. However, right after BCA, your Job Prospects might be low or sub standard, once you pursue your MCA, perhaps from some of the Best Public Institutions like NITs, JU, etc. or Private Universities, youll have Good Job Prospects with a starting CTC anywhere between 5-8 LPA in the IT/Software/Services Industry.

BBA: Choose BBA, if youre interested in pursuing a MBA in Future, have interest in Marketing, Finance and Business related domains, but didnt quite like Commerce & Accounts as subjects. Youll have fair share of Job Prospects even in this Course, however you might need to pursue a MBA in near future for excellenent prospects.

B.Com: Choose this if youre good with Mathematics, Economics, Commerce & Accounts in your 12th, have interest in pursuing Careers like CA, CS or appear for Banking Examinations like SBI PO, IBPS PO, RBI Grade B, Government Services or maybe become a successful finance/banking/investment executive, later moving on to pursue MBA or M.Com for better prospects with the Finance, Banking and Consulting Sector.
