Yes bcb comes under reservation category. Its the backward class B category it comes under “other backward castes quota“ with respect to the constitution as the backward classes come under  ”backward castes” and “most backward castes”, and according to their population, they have given reservation. That’s why here, the reservation rised upto 69%.
