This totally depends on what career you are going to choose ahead.

If you  want to work for an IT sector go for BCA , if you are  planning to go to a teaching field or a research field then you can opt for BSC(CS or IT).


BCA is a entry level course followed by MCA. After doing BCA or BCA with MCA you will get a lot of chances for getting a job in IT industry.


But both the courses are irrelevant without a masters degree and won't really fetch you a high package job.
