Both the courses have good career opportunities. Btech makes you adept at the application level of computers whereas BTech makes you proficient at the 'technical' level (Software, Hardware, applications etc.) ... Whereas for BCA, students need to have secured good grades in any of the Arts/Science or Commerce streams.
