B-tech+MBA is a good Choice.Because now a days industry is moving towards digital.So many of the companies require people from B-tech background. In that case the best combination of specialization is Marketing+Operations.As the marketing is the revenue generator for a company,demand for marketing jobs are more .And consequently salary is also high.

Btech+MBA is very good choice but it only good if you are doing it from top institute like IIT,NIT or Bits and other top institute.BCA is three year course and Btech is four year course and also Btech tution fee is more than BCA.So if you are doing Btech from normal institute you will have to take extra efforts for getting placed in good company and aslo you have to spend one more year and more fees in Btech compared to BCA.

BCA is very good stream and if you are having interest in software you can give your best shot in it .

Its upto you in which field you are good and more interested .
