The 2nd round seat allotment will be available as per the schedule date and time given on BCECE Board website and published in news paper.

If your name comes in the 2nd round meri list. Kindly visit the college & take admission. That's what you need to do.

No, its doesn't work in that way. If you think the college alloted to you in 2nd round of counselling is not better than the one alloted in the 1st round of couselling. You can also go for the 1st round of counselling college.
