Semester 5 subjects:

Cost accounting, business law, the practice of general insurance, banking theory and practice, auditing, computerized accounting,  accounting standards.

Semeter 6 subjects :

Company law, managerial accounting,  commerce lab, regulation of insurance business, financial institutes and markets, advanced corporate accounting,  advanced managerial accounting.

Some of the other important concepts in this field are microeconomics and corporate accounting. So, the third semester is all about understanding these important concepts.

It also teaches about the fundamentals of management elements of company law and the basics of cost accounting. Knowledge about Banking and financial systems will also be given which will help students in knowing more about the financial institutions and entrepreneurship practices.
