there are various option available after bcom hons here i am suggesting two well known and easy to do courses

1. you can go for masters (MCOM) and then mphil and phd all these offers a nice teaching jobs as associate professors at the university

2. you can either go for professional course like  CA,CS,ICWA these are itself enough to be the successful one ,one advantage you will get is as you are holding your bcom degree you will get direct entry in level 2.
