For government colleges the fee is usually 30,000Rs to 3 Lakhs varying with college and state.
For private colleges through state counselling it is usually 4-10 lakhs.
And for management quota seats in private colleges  fees would be more than 40 lakhs.
So, based on these you can judge if its good or not.
